Requirements
We are actively looking to expand our commercial investment and development portfolios and have the resources available to do so. We are specifically looking for either high yielding properties or properties with future potential which have not been placed on the open market. We have the resources to complete quickly and we will consider joint ventures.
High yielding office, retail, leisure and industrial property
Any area considered throughout the UK for clean high yielding investments. Industrial parks with shorter tenancies must be closer to the Midlands. Properties will only be considered that are not available on the open market.
Commercial property with future potential
Any areas and all types of property considered although a preference is given to those properties within easy reach of the Midlands. The properties must have future potential in the form of anticipated uplifts in rental income or have future development potential as either commercial, residential or mixed use.
