John Tebbutt
Managing Director
John jointly owns and runs the residential and mixed-use side of the business, as well as heading up all Strategic Recovery activity. His main focus is on the acquisition of land with or without planning permission, together with securing Strategic Recovery opportunities at any stage of the development process. Prior to joining Birmingham Properties Group in 2005, John was Development Director of Crosby Homes (now Crosby Lend Lease).
