John Southall, BSc MA MRICS
Director
John began his career working within the Retail Professional and Shopping Centre Development departments of CB Richard Ellis (formerly Dalgleish & Co). Once MRICS qualified, he joined Knight Frank in China and became Head of Retail Services for Northern China. Within this role, John advised developers on the design, positioning and leasing of their retail assets across China.
Having spent two years in China, John joined Birmingham Properties Group in 2009. John’s focus is on the group’s investment portfolio, with a remit that covers lettings, management and appraising new investment opportunities.
