BPG has recently concentrated on commercial and mixed use development although we are currently in progress with two residential developments in Wales and are at the planning stage with several sites in the Midlands.

Alcester Road, Moseley

Alcester Road, MoseleySituated in a conservation area, a site for 50 apartments and A1 retail has recently obtained planning consent by BPG.

We worked closely with The Moseley Society to achieve a scheme which will significantly enhance the area.

 

Cheapside Digbeth

A site that was acquired on an unconditional basis for a development of apartments and commercial in Digbeth received detailed planning consent in only ten weeks, helped by the high quality of information and design. We are delighted to see development already underway on this attractive scheme.

 

Bromsgrove Street

Bromsgrove StreetWe are pleased to announce the acquisition of a prominent site on Bromsgrove Street in the heart of an area undergoing major investment, this scheme of 46 units plus commercial space will be very different to the vast majority of other schemes in the City and offer great living space including a large balcony for each apartment. Planning consent was granted in August 2007. The adjoining site is also owned by the group and a similar size development is planned in the future.
