Requirements
We are actively looking for sites and for redevelopment opportunities. We will look at sites at a pre or post planning stage or properties needing refurbishment. We will look at commercial, residential or mixed use opportunities but will only consider them if off market or very restricted circulation. We will also provide management and development expertise in the form of joint ventures or for a fee.
BPG requires sites with residential or mixed use potential
We will consider any site which has the opportunity of value enhancement through the gaining of planning consent. We will either purchase the site outright on an unconditional or subject to planning basis or act as a joint venture partner with the vendor. Our expertise in the planning arena makes us unique in this area and has proven added value.
Commercial properties with future potential
BPG will look at any commercial property up to a value of £20m with current tenants, requiring management or upgrading where we can create future income enhancement or redevelopment.
